At Creators of the Future, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons unless defective)
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
